Randy Montalbano’s Seafood & Catering opened their doors in 2006, turning the lifelong dreams of Randy Montalbano, Sr. and Randy Montalbano, Jr. into reality. This father-son duo joined together and is committed to continuing the family’s reputation as Baton Rouge’s prime source for high-quality seafood.

Randy, Sr., is equipped with over 25 years of experience in wholesale foods as he grew up working alongside his father, Mickey Montalbano, in their family owned-business. While attending Southeastern Louisiana University, Randy Jr. also worked at the wholesale family-owned business. After graduation, Randy, Jr. managed his own crawfish catering company along with coaching a local high school basketball team. This father and son tag-team, along with their wives, Darleen and Emily, have combined lifelong experience, passion, and determination to serve as one of Louisiana’s finest seafood deli, market, and catering companies.
